Pet Driver’s License® products feature your pet on the state license of their choice. Issued for fun, the Pet Driver’s License® attaches to the pet’s collar so their address and telephone number is easy to find if they stray from home. The ID tags are available in 2 sizes: small 2" x 1" or large 2 1/4" x 1 1/4".
Instead of ordering an ID tag, you can choose among any of these items: wallet card, key chain, luggage tag or fridge magnet any of which will feature your pet's picture & information. You will receive an order form at which time you will choose the style of card (wallet, collar tag, key chain, luggage tag or fridge magnet), complete your pet's information as well as your shipping information with a photo of your pet and mail to Pet Project. The personalized card will be sent to you directly from Pet Project.
