Shipping

Every attempt will be made to ship your order as quickly as possible. Orders often ship within 2 to 14 business days depending on the availability of stock. If an item is not in stock or on backorder, we will order the item for you and will notify you immediately of the estimated date of shipping. Shipping charges are based on the total amount purchased as outlined below. Orders will be charged in full when your order is placed. We currently do not ship Internationally.

Oversized Items

Please allow extra delivery time for oversized items that may be sent directly from our suppliers. Items deemed as “oversized” or heavy such as beds, carriers, and cat scratchers may require additional shipping fees. For these items, we will contact you with the carrier information and additional charge before processing the order.

Sizing

Many of our products have individual sizing charts based on the manufacturer’s specifications. We encourage you to measure your pet as outlined below and refer to the sizing guide indicated on the item to accurately select your size. Not all sizes are created equal. Just because your dog fits a medium in one item does not necessarily mean that he/she will fit a medium in all pet apparel. Since we have fitted many breeds of dogs of all sizes and shapes, we encourage you to contact us so we may assist you in selecting the proper size: 805-957-4500.

Collars/Neck Size:

Measure around the largest part of the neck for your dog’s neck circumference or measure his/her existing collar from the end of the collar to the very end of the fabric not including the male end of the clasp.

Chest:

Measure the chest circumference at the widest point just behind the 2 front legs.

Length:

Measure from the base of the neck to the base of the dog’s tail.

Exchanges

If you are not satisfied with your OffLeash™ purchase, simply return your merchandise for an exchange. All items must be sent back to us at your expense in an unused, original condition with the original receipt of purchase within 30 days of receiving the items.

If you wish to exchange the item, we will offer one complimentary exchange per order where we will incur the shipping charges. Each exchange thereafter will be subject to a 20% restocking fee plus shipping charges. OffLeash reserves the right to determine if the item has been used and is in good condition. If we determine the item has been used, we will not be able to offer an exchange or store credit.

Returns

If you are not satisfied with your OffLeash™ purchase, simply return your merchandise for store credit. All items must be sent back to us at your expense in an unused, original condition with the original receipt of purchase within 30 days of receiving the items. OffLeash™ has the right to determine if the item has been used and is in good condition. If we determine the item has been used, we will not be able to offer store credit, and the item will be returned to you. Store credit will be issued via gift card which can be used on our website and/or in our store.  The following items are excluded from the return policy: plush toys, Barkin’ Basement Sale items, beds, blankets, throws, treats and food.

Gift card redemption for online purchases must be processed over the phone at 805-957-4500 during the hours of 10am-7pm PST.
